What this policy covers

This policy defines what you may and may not do with Matcha Filter Remover. Breaking it can get your access suspended. Our Terms of Service apply alongside this policy.

Prohibited content

You may not upload, process, or attempt to generate:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
• Child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance, and we report it to authorities
• Content that infringes copyright, likeness, publicity, or privacy rights of any third party
• Content for face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation purposes
• Illegal content of any kind

Prohibited behavior

• Scraping or batch-processing other people's content from third-party platforms in violation of their rights or terms
• Pasting third-party platform URLs to pull images into the tool
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass rate limits, usage counting, or anti-abuse systems
• Reverse-engineering, reselling, or abusing the service or its API
• Using the service to harass, defraud, or mislead anyone

Enforcement

Uploaded images pass through automated safety screening (Sightengine). We may refuse to process any image, and may suspend or block access, at our sole discretion and without notice.
